In its programme called Personnel for the Industry, the Industrial Development Agency (IDA JSC) brings together the worlds of science, administration and business. Together we discuss the professions of the future which will stimulate the Polish economy.

Personnel for the Industry means, among others, open lessons, visits to enterprises, patronage classes, expert lessons or apprenticeships. IDA JSC has also launched an e-learning platform called "Young Industry". Thanks to the platform, students have the opportunity to broaden their knowledge desired by the employer, or to communicate directly with employers.

One of the programme elements is the "Competition for the IDA President's Award for the best bachelor's, engineering and master's thesis".
