    Anti-Crisis Shield

    Industrial Development Agency JSC (ARP S.A.) and ARP Leasing Sp. z o.o. have a comprehensive support offer for the SME sector.

    Under the ARP Anti-Crisis Shield, companies can apply for debt financing on commercial terms.

    In accordance with the government programme to counteract the effects of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, ARP S.A. together with ARP Leasing Sp. z o.o. have created an offer of debt financing addressed to small and medium-sized enterprises.

    The budget available to ARP S.A. and ARP Leasing Sp. z o.o. within the framework of the anti-crisis shield amounts to PLN 1.7 billion.

    In IDA JSC we see the potential of electromobility market - not only business benefits, but also those related to environmental protection and the development of innovation in the Polish economy. That is why in September 2016 we issued a permit for the construction of a lithium battery factory for electric cars by LG Chem Ltd (today LG Energy Solution). The factory is located in the TSSE EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN in the Wrocław-Kobierzyce Subzone.

    Four years later, in September 2020. Industrial Development Agency S.A. purchased RAFAKO EBUS, thus taking control over RAFAKO project consisting in development and homologation of a prototype of an innovative electric bus. RAFAKO has transferred the electric bus project in its entirety to IDA JSC. Today, this project is being developed by ARP E-Vehicles Sp. z o.o., a company belonging to the IDA JSC Capital Group
