The Supervisory Board completed the recruitment process for the positions of President and Vice-President of the Management Board of IDA JSC.

On 26 August 2025, following a competition, the Supervisory Board of Industrial Development Agency JSC appointed Mr Bartłomiej Babuśka as the new President of the Management Board of IDA JSC. Mr Marek Zaleśny was appointed Vice-President of the Management Board of IDA JSC.
Mr Bartłomiej Babuśka had been acting as President of the Management Board since 28 July 2025, after the previous President of the Management Board of IDA JSC. Wojciech Balczun resigned from his position to take up the role of Minister of State Assets.
The selection process for the positions of President and Vice-President of the Management Board (responsible for investments) for the joint seventh term of office was announced by the Supervisory Board on 5 August 2025.
