Decision of the competition for members of the Management Board of IDA JSC.
By decision of the Supervisory Board, Mr Wojciech Balczun was appointed as President of the Management Board of Industrial Development Agency JSC as of 26 March 2025.
The Management Board of IDA JSC is completed by the vice-presidents: Radosław Niedzielski, previously acting as the President of the Management Board, Vice-President Ilona Deręgowska, Vice-President Łukasz Kotapski, Vice-President Krzysztof Telega.

Wojciech Balczun is an experienced senior manager with an established position in the transport and banking industry, specialising in corporate restructuring and international trade. He was the President of the Management Board of PKP Cargo and Ukrzaliznyci (Ukrainian Railways). He graduated in political science from the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed an MBA postgraduate programme at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
